Breakfast Skillet

What you Need:

Eggs

Shredded Hash browns 

Salt & Pepper

Regular Pork Sausage

MCT Oil (or butter)

Cheddar Cheese

Green Pepper

Chives

  1. Fry eggs in pan

    1. i use MCT oil instead of butter - once eggs are fried, put to the side.

  2. use about 1/2 a cup of breakfast sausage & cook in pan until brown​​

  3. once sausage is brown, add 1 tbl. sopon of MCT oil & layer 1-2 cups of hash browns in the same pan​​​

    1. leave heat on med. and cook until hash browns are golden​​​​​

  4. while hash browns are cooking dice green pepper & then thrown into pan with hash browns - cook for about 3-5 minutes

  5. turn off heat, top has browns with cheddar cheese 

    1. put onto plate​

  6. place eggs on top of hash browns

    1. lightly salt & pepper to taste​

      1. top with chives

Breakfast Grilled Cheese

What you Need:

Eggs

Turkey

Peppers

Cheddar cheese

American cheese

Salt & Pepper

Chives

Bread

  1. scramble eggs, add green peppers, salt & pepper,  and chives.

  2. once fully cooked, add shredded cheddar cheese (this is going to help the eggs sick together & not fall all over the place).

  3. place turkey in pan as well & lightly cook (or fry for a little longer - if you like it kind of crispy). Butter your bread on the ourside (to not stick to the pan). put eggs and turkey aside. 

  4. in another pan - place first slice of bread butter down , put once slice of american cheese on the bread, layer the trkey and eggs on top. use another slice of american cheese on top of the layers and top it with the last peace of bread - butter side up. 

  5. keep pan on med-low and cook until golden on both sides.

  6. enjoy

Egg Quesadilla 

What you Need:

Eggs

Turkey

Peppers

Cheddar cheese

Salt & Pepper

Chives

Large Tortilla 

  1. scramble eggs

    1. add salt and pepper + chives​

  2. cut up turkey and add into egg cramble

  3. once eggs are cooked - add cheddar cheese 

  4. in large tortilla put in scramble mix on half of tortilla

    1. add extra cheese ​on top of scramble 

  5. fold tortilla in half and place on fry pan

  6. cook until golden & cheese is melted 

Fried Eggs & Cajun Potatoes 

What you Need:

Eggs

Red Skin Potatoes 

Salt & Pepper

Cajun Seasoning

MCT Oil (or butter)

  1. Fry eggs in pan

    1. i use MCT oil instead of butter - the sports research brand is what i use. you can get it online, on amazon, or at costco! ​

  2. wash potatoes & boil water - add a pinch of salt to water​​

  3. dice potatoes ​​

    1. put in boiling water and boil for 25min or until tender

  4. drain potatoes - put in bowl 

    1. mix 2tbs of oil & seasoning onto potatoes​
