Nuggs & Mac
What you Need:
chicken nuggets
mac & cheese
ranch
buffalo sauce
Yup. it's literally just that.
-
cook nuggets based on bag/box directions
-
cook mac & cheese based on box directions
-
drizzle buffalo & ranch sauce over nuggets
-
enjoy
Layered Grilled Cheese
What you Need:
mac & cheese
bread
cheddar cheese (shredded)
turkey
Grilled cheese mac & cheese (my favorite "came home drunk" food.)

make mac & cheese - according to box directions
-
add shredded cheddar cheese (this makes it more "sticky")
-
butter bread place one slice - butter side down in the pan
-
place american cheese on top
-
laywer mac & cheese
-
layer turkey
-
-
repeat step 3 as desired
-
cook bread until golden
-
enjoy
Chocolate Drizzle Popcorn
What you Need:
popcorn
semi-sweet chocolate chips
coconut oil
a simple quick fix for the salty sweet craving you might have

make popcorn - i just use microwave bagged popcorn.

in a small dish, put in a cup of chocolate chips & 1 tsp of coconut oil
-
microwave for 10 seconds at a time, stirring until a thin liquid
-
if it seems to be too thick - add more oil, put in for 5 seconds at a time
-

put pop corn in a bowl and drizzle chocolate over top
-
enjoy
Fried Pickles
What you Need:
pickle chips (or spears)
eggs (1-2)
flour (1/3 cup)
garlic powder (2 tsp)
cyanine pepper (1 tsp)
bread crumbs (1 cup)
oil
when you want apps but don't want to go out

heat oil in pan - or if you have a deep fryer, preheat.

dry pickles with paper towel (can use spears or pickle chips)
-
in a small dish, put flour, garlic powder, & cyanine pepper
-
in another small dish, put in cracked & beaten eggs
-
in a 3rd dish, 1cup of breadcrumbs.
-
dip the pickle in flour bowl mixture,
-
then dip that same pickle in eggs
-
toss that same pickle into the breadcrumbs
-

put into pan and fry till golden
-
pat dry with paper towel
