traveling is great.
the thought of getting away
the thought that you might not know anyone
to be out of your element for a bit, but know you have something to go back to.
new places, new experiences, new memories.
but there are a lot of stressful things that come along with trips.
packing, making sure you have everything you need, flight anxiety, .. so many other things.
i travel a decent amount and i have some of the worst pre-flight anxiety.. always stressed out about what to come back to, never knowing what i want to bring or what i don't...
so since i have been traveling more often and realized things to do to reduce that stress of the travel prep.. i have come up with some check lists of things that make it just a bit easier. (well for me anyway, so i hope it can hep you too).






safe travels to everyone on road trips or flights, or any other type of travel. ✈
