How To:
-
Wash fruits
-
Cut into bite size pieces
-
Toss into bowl & serve

Bean Layer Dip
-
2 Cans of Refried Beans
-
1 Can sliced Black Olives
-
1 Jar Jalapenos
-
1 16oz bag of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-
1 Large container Sour Cream
-
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
How To:
-
Spread beans mixed with diced tomatoes evenly into pan
-
Layer guac on top of bean & tomato mixture
-
Layer sour cream on top of guac
-
Layer cheese on top of sour cream
-
Sprinkle olives & jalapenos on top of cheese

Grandma's Summer Salad
-
Tomatoes on the vine
-
2 Cucumbers
-
1 Large white onion
-
2 Green peppers
-
White Vinegar
-
Salt & Pepper
How To:
-
Dice onion
-
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and green peppers into bite size pieces
-
Add all veggies to bowl
-
Mix in 1/4 Cup of white vinegar
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mom's Deviled Eggs

Eggs Half a Dozen
-
Sweet Relish
-
Mayonnaise
-
Mustard
-
Salt & Pepper
-
Paprika (or chili powder)
How To:
-
Boil eggs
-
Peel eggs
-
Cut in halves
-
Take out yolks - place into mixing bowl

In mixing bowl add...
-
Add 2 table spoons of mayonnaise

Add 4 table spoons of sweet relish

Add 2 table spoons of mustard
-
Add salt & pepper to taste

Fill eggs with Mixture

Sprinkle paprika on top of eggs & serve
