Fruit Bowl
  • 1 box Strawberries

  • 1 Pineapple

  • 1 Bag of Grapes

  • 1 Cantaloupe 

  • 1 Watermelon

How To:
  1. Wash fruits

  2. Cut into bite size pieces

  3. Toss into bowl & serve

Bean Layer Dip
  • 2 Cans of Refried Beans

  • 1 Can sliced Black Olives

  • 1 Jar Jalapenos 

  • 1 16oz bag of Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Large container Sour Cream

  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes ​​

How To:
  1. Spread beans mixed with diced tomatoes evenly into pan

  2. Layer guac on top of bean & tomato mixture

  3. Layer sour cream on top of guac

  4. Layer cheese on top of sour cream

  5. Sprinkle olives & jalapenos on top of cheese

Grandma's Summer Salad
  • Tomatoes on the vine

  • 2 Cucumbers

  • 1 Large white onion

  • 2 Green peppers

  • White Vinegar

  • Salt & Pepper

How To:
  1. Dice onion

  2. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and green peppers into bite size pieces

  3. Add all veggies to bowl

  4. Mix in 1/4 Cup of white vinegar 

  5. Salt & Pepper to taste

Mom's Deviled Eggs
  • Eggs Half a Dozen

  • Sweet Relish

  • Mayonnaise 

  • Mustard

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Paprika (or chili powder)

How To:
  1. Boil eggs

    1. Peel eggs​

    2. Cut in halves​​

    3. Take out yolks - place into mixing bowl

  2. In mixing bowl add...

    1. Add 2 table spoons of mayonnaise

    2. Add 4 table spoons of sweet relish

    3. Add 2 table spoons of mustard

    4. Add salt & pepper to taste

  3. ​Fill eggs with Mixture​

  4. Sprinkle paprika on top of eggs & serve

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Local Honey

  • Raspberries

  • Chia Seeds

  • Granola

How To:
  1. 1 Cup of Greek yogurt 

  2. 1/4 Cup of granola

  3. 1/3 Cup of raspberries

  4. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
